After sale service is aimed at achievement of reliable operation of Customer equipment and realized by creating regional service centers.
Regional service centers ensure:
- system approach to modernization of equipment and its units on the basis of problem study and analysis of the Customer equipment state;
- continuous tracking beginning from design stage and manufacture of equipment as well as supply, erection and putting the equipment into operation till the end ofits service life;
- high level of technical decisions made due to close cooperation with corporation sales divisions;
- trouble-free delivery of spare parts and replaceable equipment of the required quality as well as renewal of wear units due to the use of production facilities of Uralmashplant and ORMETO- YUMZ being the largest production machine-building sites in Russia.
Regional service centers offer flexible system of services in compliance with Customer requirements.
The service quality is ensured by meeting the requirements of repair-and process documentation in accordance with the standards of the manufacturer.
In the event of supply of brand new equipment manufactured by MK Uralmash regional center bears upon itself responsibility for guarantee service of equipment and its servicing after expiration of warranty liability period.
