Mining equipment division of Uralmash-Engineering Ltd - is the leading design engineering organization and supplier of equipment and services for one of the key Russian industries - mining industry. The division primarily focuses on the creation of machines and equipment for mining and processing of minerals. The division's product range covers nearly all types of crushers, tumbling mills and single-bucket excavators designed for strip mining of minerals.
The division inherited years of experience, best ideas, advanced design conceptions and the calculation-research base of the legendary Uralmashzavod which brought fame to the Ural mining machine-building not only in Russia but across the world. The renowned heritage of the past, professionalism and ambition of new-generation specialists, up-to-date calculation and design facilities make it possible to come up with solutions to suit virtually any needs of our clients.
For designing purposes the division uses and is continuing to introduce APMs of all levels ranging from flat designing (AutoCad 2002) to solid modeling (Unigrafics, Solid Edge). Any calculations required for designing are carried out in the ANSYS, a package of proprietary "Uralmash" software for calculating process, force and energy parameters of crushers.
Today the division is engaged in the development, sale, production and after-sales service of excavating, crushing and grinding and cement making equipment.
The division offers:
- Extensive range of single-bucket excavators: quarry excavators and draglines with a vast number of modifications within each size;
- Feasibility studies and projects of up-to-date highly efficient crushing and grinding process lines;
- Complete delivery of primary crushers (cone and jaw), secondary, intermediate and tertiary cone crushers, single-roll and double-roll toothed crushers, four-roll crushers with plain rolls;
- Manufacture of large assembly units (mill housing and lid, reduction gears, etc.) for cement making equipment.
- Turnkey erection of supplied equipment, erection and commissioning supervision, acceptance and performance testing;
- Supply of spare parts, equipment refurbishment and repair services.
